Resume Matcher runs on your own machine. With Docker installed, your first tailored resume is about five minutes away: start the app, connect a model, paste a job description.

Install with Docker
You need Docker Desktop, or Docker Engine with Compose. Clone the repository and start it:
$ git clone https://github.com/srbhr/Resume-Matcher.git$ cd Resume-Matcher$ docker compose up -dThen open

Connect a model
Open
localhost:3000/settings, pick a provider, paste your API key, then Save and Test Connection. To keep everything on your machine, run Ollama on the host and point Resume Matcher at it instead. -
Tailor your first resume
Upload your master resume, paste a job description and choose how much to tailor. Review the match percentage and highlighted keywords, edit in the builder, then export a PDF. Nothing is added that isn't in your master.

Run Resume Matcher in Docker with Ollama on your machine: set the base URL to host.docker.internal:11434 so the container can reach your local models.
